Push Out Billing Date
- Login to SamCart
- From the top menu, tap Activity > Customers
- Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name.
- Tap on the customer ID
- Under ORDERS, tap on the first order ID in the order summary look for your product.
- If you do not see your product in the order, exit this order screen and search their orders until you find your product in the order summary.
- Once you've located your product in a customer's orders, under Subscription Summary, tap the subscription ID.
- Under Change Next Billing Date, use the calendar tool to change the billing date to the agreed upon date by you and the customer.
- Coaching Students get 12 free months of LG Pass and 13 Months of GeekPay
- You can choose to pause payments for a customer due to financial reasons for up to three months.
- Flight School Students get 6 months of LG Pass for free.
- Exit the calendar and wait for re-billing date updated popup, then close the screen.
