4. Enter Subject "Deactivate GeekPay Account for [CUSTOMER EMAIL]"
5. Enter Body "Please deactivate GeekPay Account for [CUSTOMER FULL NAME], [CUSTOMER EMAIL]. They have canceled their account and their subscription has been canceled in SamCart. Thank you.
