Facebook Group Overview

The Land Geek has an extremely active Facebook group called The Official Land Geek Motivation & Wealth Creation Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/landgeekmotivate/

In the Facebook group, we host regular Facebook like sessions to share more about our programs and timely topics in the land investing space, share our weekly Mastermind calls, serve as a platform for community members to support each other, and so much more. 

The Facebook group is a closed group, meaning, in order to become a member you must request to join by answering a few questions. We review requests to join daily. 

 

 

 

Ticket Categories

Most often, if someone is messaging in regards to the Facebook group, they are either:

  • [Join Group]
    • Looking to join the Facebook group but cannot find it and/or do not know the name.
  • [Awaiting Approval]
    • Have requested to join, but are waiting on confirmation.
  • [Removed from Facebook Group]
    • Someone is removed from the Facebook group.

Awaiting Approval Example

In this example, you must approve the Facebook group join request See Approve New Facebook Group Members under Procedures to Know). If you do not have permission to do this, please reassign the ticket anton@thelandgeek.com or rossi@thelandgeek.com.

I asked to join the Facebook group, but my invite hasn't been accepted yet. What's the hold up?

Removed from Group Example

In this example, a member was removed from the Facebook group. We only do this when they are posting inappropriate content that is not inline with the group rules. In cases like these, please re-assign the ticket

to rossi@thelandgeek.com.

Question 

I was pretty active in it and now I see I was removed from the group. What did I do wrong, is there a way I can get back in? There was a lot of useful discussion and I enjoyed the live stream videos.

Procedures to Know

Approve New Facebook Group Members

  • Login to Facebook
  • Navigate to The Land Geek Facebook group 
  • Under Admin Tools, tap Member Requests
  • Search for your customer
  • Tap approve
