Mastermind Overview

Mastermind has had several evolutions in the The Land Geek's history.

Previously, there was a private Gold Mastermind (GMM) Facebook group that customers paid for access to. This program and group has since been retired.

Now, Mastermind is a weekly call reserved for our coaching clients. We post these calls to our free Facebook group for one month.

We also post these calls (and our Office Hours calls) to the Mastermind Call Archive. Customers can subscribe to the Mastermind Call Archive for $647.00 per year.

Ticket Categories

When addressing inquiries related Mastermind, the common ticket categories are:

[Access Mastermind Call Archive]
- Purchased Mastermind Call Archive, but cannot get access to it
[Cancel Mastermind Call Archive Subscription]
- Customer requests to cancel subscription
[How it Works]
- Customer wants to know who can join the calls
[Join Gold Mastermind Group]
- Customer requests to join to Gold Mastermind Group
[Purchase Mastermind Archive]
- Customer wants to purchase subscription to the call archive.
- Someone is interested in see past Mastermind calls.

See below for examples on each of these Mastermind ticket categories.

Access Mastermind Call Archive Example

In the following example a customer has said they already purchased the Mastermind Call, but they cannot access it in Kajabi.

In this case, we will do the following:

Confirm they have purchased the Mastermind Call Archive (See Confirm Purchase in SamCart in Procedures to Know)
Give the customer a direct link to the Mastermind Call Archive if we can confirm their purchase.

I bought the Mastermind Call Archive, but I can't seem to get in. Can you help?

Response (If they have subscription)

Cancel Mastermind Call Archive Subscription

In this case, a customer no longer wants the Mastermind Call Archive and requests to cancel their subscription.

In order to accomplish this we will need to cancel their subscription in SamCart and confirm with the customer. (Please see Cancel Subscription in SamCart under Procedures to Know).

I'd like to cancel my subscription for the call archive. Thanks!

Procedures to Know

Confirm Purchase in SamCart

Login to SamCart
From the top menu, tap Activity > Subscription
Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name.
Tap on the subscription ID
Check the Product Name to see if it includes Mastermind Call Archive.
1. If it does, then continue to the next step.
2. If it does not, continue searching their subscriptions until you find it.
Confirm the subscription is active (and not delinquent).

Cancel Subscription in SamCart

Login to SamCart
From the top menu, tap Activity > Subscription
Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name.
Tap on the subscription ID
Check the Product Name to see if it includes Mastermind Call Archive.
1. If it does, then continue to the next step.
2. If it does not, continue searching their subscriptions until you find it.
Confirm the subscription is active (and not delinquent).
Tap Cancel Subscription
Select Cancel subscription at the end of its billing period
1. Take note of the billing period date! You will need this for your response.
Tap the orange Cancel Subscription button
