Cancel Subscription in Land Geek SamCart
- Login to SamCart
- From the top menu, tap Activity > Subscription
- Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name.
- Tap on the subscription ID
- Check the Product Name to see if it includes your product.
- If it does, then continue to the next step.
- If it does not, continue searching their subscriptions until you find it.
- Confirm the subscription is active (and not delinquent).
- Warning: This is very important. If you are downgrading someone, you want to make sure you are canceling the correct subscription. Please be sure to triple check your work here.
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Select when you'd like to cancel the subscription
- For Mastermind Call Archive and LGPass, you will need to cancel subscription at the end of its billing period
- Take note of the billing period date! You will need this for your response
- For Mastermind Call Archive and LGPass, you will need to cancel subscription at the end of its billing period
- Tap the orange Cancel Subscription button
