Process for Fulfillment

  1. Customer purchases property via SamCart
  2. Zapier catches this purchase, sends an email to Tate providing customer information.
  3. Tate works with customer to deed the property over to them. 

Most often this process works seamlessly without The Land Geek support team needing to get involved, however, from time to time we may get a request about it. See below some sample conversations we've had with customers and how to handle it. 

Sample 1

In this example, we just set an expectation on when they should hear from Tate at Frontier Properties.

Question

I purchased the $500 acre of land in Apache County, and it was promised to come with pictures and information that would be useful when selling that land. Do you have any idea when or how I will be receiving that additional information?

*Note: If the customer responded back saying they had not heard from Tate, we would do the following: 1) Forward the inquiry to Tate at tate@frontierpropertiesusa.com. 2) We would respond to the customer letting them know we escalated the inquiry directly to Tate and to hold tight.*

In this example, we forward the inquiry to Tate and set expectations on when the customer should hear back.

Question

I purchased the digital investor's toolkit yesterday. After i purchased it, it asked if I wanted to go ahead and purchase my first parcel of land for $500. As you can see below I did purchase it. It said that I will be getting information about the land so I can turn around and sell it. I have yet to receive this information. Can you please let me know when I will receive the information on the parcel of land.
