Here are examples of tickets we escalate to GeekPay. 

  • I am a bit frustrated using geekpay with my customers for the first couple of months. Just about everyone has simple questions about how to pay more or if the payment is made automatically, or do they have to log in and make the payment every month even with actum connected. Are there instructions that come with geekpay for the customer? Is there a way I can see what it looks like and how it works from the customer's side?
  • I have a question about GeekPay. We buy/sell vacant land. Can we receive monthly payments from buyers-installment payments via credit card- using Stripe?
  • In setting up Stripe on GeekPay is there a specific industry you recommend we select from their dropdown menu and description of our business? I was going to sign up under "Finance" and "Loans/Lending" and describe our business as land investing. In your experience, is this acceptable under Stripe's terms of service, or would you recommend something else? Thanks. Brent
