Toolkit Formats Overview

Sometimes you will be asked what the difference is between the physical version of the Investor's Toolkit and the digital version. Or they will want to know what is included in the physical version.

The physical format includes:

Eight DVDs for each of the main lessons
A bonus DVD with additional resources for land investing students
Transcripts of each DVD—approximately 200 pages
Templates for land sale contract, purchase agreement, promissory note, and more.
Access to the digital version of the Investor's Toolkit.

The digital version is regularly updated, while the physical version is only updated when we re-stock inventory (or even less frequently).

I'm interested in the investors toolkit and had a a few questions: Can you provide some more details on what's in the toolkit? How many books (and pages)? Excel spreadsheets and templates?

Thanks for your question about the Investor's Toolkit! You can either purchase a digital only version or you can purchase the physical version which will automatically give you access to the digital version as well.

In the physical version is delivered as one training book that includes:

Physical Version Outdated Example

I recently received my Investor Toolkit in the mail and online access. I have noticed that the videos on the DVD and the online curriculum do not appear to be the same content. Why are these different?

The digital Toolkit is always the most current content, so the DVDs may not have been updated yet. The DVDs will give you a great overview of the program, but for the most up-to-date content, please visit the online course.

Digital Download Example

Question

I'm looking that the investor's toolkit. What format are the digital access books in? Can I download them for internet-less reading?

The videos cannot be downloaded and there are not "digital books" to download. Our physical Toolkit comes with the transcripts of the videos, but the transcripts are not available with the digital only Toolkit.

The videos are all tutorials and need to be watched as they walk you through systems.
