Investor's Toolkit Pricing and Discounts

The Investor's Toolkit has two pricing tiers: 

  • Digital Access Only - $1,697.00
  • Digital + Physical - $1,997.00

Unlike some of our other products, The Investor's Toolkit does not offer any payment plans. However, we offer several discounts to encourage customers to begin their learning. Some of the common discounts include: 

  • dirtrich - When customers purchase Dirt Rich, Mark's book, they receive the dirtrich discount code to get $500 off their purchase. This discount is specific to this product. 
  • wealthwithoutwallstreet - A dedicated discount code from https://www.wealthwithoutwallstreet.com/ for $500 off their purchase. This discount applies to all products
  • webinar - When customers attend one of our webinars, we provide them with a $500 coupon. This discount is specific to this product. 
  • Facebook25 - A discount promoted for customer's who engage with one of our facebook ads. This coupon gives 25% off and is specific to this product. 

Ticket Categories

Here are the most common ticket categories for questions in this category. 

  • [Discount Not Applied]
    • When a discount is not applied at checkout
  • [May I have a discount?]
    • When a customer asks for a discount
  • [Payment Plan]
    • When a customer would like to know if we offer a payment plan
  • [Webinar Special]
    • When a customer does not know how to use the webinar special discount code. 

Discount Not Applied

In this example, the customer purchased the product, but the coupon they entered (or forgot to enter) did not subtract from the total. In this case we will need to: 

  1. Look up their order (See Find Order in SamCart under Procedures to Know). 
  2. Apply a partial refund (See Refund Order in SamCart (Partial Refund) under Procedures to Know). 
  3. Inform the customer of our actions

Question

I purchased the Investor's Toolkit with as coupon for $500 but I was charged the full amount. Why is that?

Webinar Special Example

In this example, the customer was informed there was a special deal for the Investor's Toolkit by watching the webinar, but cannot figure out how to activate it.

I watched a Webinar earlier this evening and I want to invest.  The Investor's Toolkit ordering page only quotes the $1997 price for the course. Is there something I should do differently to get the $1497 offer made in the Webinar?

Procedures to Know

Find Order in SamCart

  1. Login to SamCart
  2. From the top menu, tap Activity > Customers
  3. Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name. 
  4. Tap on the Customer ID
  5. Tap on the first customer order. 
  6. Check the Product Name in the order to see if it includes your product.  
    1. If it does, then you've found it!
    2. If it does not, continue searching their orders until you find it. 

Refund Order in SamCart (Partial Refund) 

  1. Login to SamCart
  2. Tap Activity > Customers
  3. Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name. 
  4. Tap on the Customer ID
  5. Check the Product Name to see if it includes your product. 
    1. If it does, then continue to the next step. 
    2. If it does not, continue searching their subscriptions until you find it. 
  6. Next to the order item, tap Refund. 
  7. Select "Refund A Partial Amount"
  8. Enter the amount of money you'd like to refund. 
  9. Tap Refund Again.
