Refund Order In SamCart (Full Refund)
Refund Order in SamCart (Full Refund)
- Login to SamCart
- Tap Activity > Customers
- Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name.
- Tap on the Customer ID
- Check the Product Name to see if it includes your product.
- If it does, then continue to the next step.
- If it does not, continue searching their subscriptions until you find it.
- Next to the order item, tap Refund.
- Select Refund Entire Order
- Tap Refund Again.
