Access Digital Investor's Toolkit

Access to Digital Toolkit Overview

When someone purchases the digital version of the Investor's Toolkit, they will automatically be granted the offer to the Investors Toolkit in the Land Geek Training Library via Mighty Networks. They will also be redirected to The Land Geek Training Library login page. 
Sometimes, people will miss the instructions to get access to the toolkit. In this case we will...
  1. Confirm they have purchased the Investor's Toolkit (See Confirm Purchase in SamCart in Procedures to Know) 
  2. Give the customer a direct link to the Investor's Toolkit. 
Other times, the customer purchased the Investor's Toolkit prior to us using the Kajabi based Land Geek Training Library. In this case we will...
  1. Confirm they have purchased the Investor's Toolkit (See Confirm Purchase in SamCart in Procedures to Know) 
  2. Give the customer a direct offer link to the Investor's Toolkit.

In this example, a customer says they purchased the Toolkit but cannot get initial access to it.

Procedures to Know

Find Order in SamCart

  1. Login to SamCart
  2. From the top menu, tap Activity > Customers
  3. Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name. 
  4. Tap on the Customer ID
  5. Tap on the first customer order. 
  6. Check the Product Name in the order to see if it includes your product.  
    1. If it does, then you've found it!
    2. If it does not, continue searching their orders until you find it.
