  • Check Return Status

      1. Login to customers.disk.com
      2. Go to Reports
      3. Select Returns Report
      4. Select Your Date Range (to cover the last 30 days or so)
      5. Tap Search
      6. Look for your customer using their name or email
        1. If you see the customer, the return has been accepted
        2. If you don't, they have not received the return yet.
