LG Pass Account Creation 

There are several ways that a customer can get access to LG Pass. They include: 

  • Being a Flight School Student
  • Being a Coaching Student
  • Signing Up via the website

Flight School Student

After a few weeks of Flight School, Scott Todd will provide all the students with the LGPass EULA (End User License Agreement). Once the student signs the agreement, they will automatically receive credentials. Additionally, they will be added to the https://www.lgpass.com/app/dashboard.php

(or should be) with an automatic expiration date set for 6 months later. 

Near their account expiration date, the customer will be informed that it is time for them to purchase a subscription. They will be directed to purchase this subscription (preview/edit). Often times, we will need to update (or add) their subscription on https://www.lgpass.com/app/dashboard.php. If that happens, please see the Expired LG Pass Account article. 


Coaching Student

If a coaching student already has a subscription to LG Pass, which often happens because they've previously taken Flight School, all we do is push out their subscription so that they don't have to pay for 12 months. See the Push Out Billing Date article for instructions on how to do so. 

Website Purchase

Upon completion checkout of LG Pass via the website, the customer is redirected to the LGPass EULA (End User License Agreement). Once they have completed the EULA, they will automatically be sent login credentials so they can access LG Pass. 

If they do not receive the login credentials, then we will advise them to use the Forgot Password flow. 

If the customer encounters any other issues, then please direct the customer to contact LG Pass customer support through the LG Pass Support Portal.. 

Create Account Example

In this example, the customer has purchased LG Pass, however, they did not sign the EULA. In this case, we will inform them to sign the EULA and this will create an account for them.

I just purchased LG Pass, how do I get access to my account?

Once you create your account, you will receive an email with your username and password.

You do not need an LLC to use LGPass, however in the company name block, be sure to enter your name, as LGPass needs that field completed. Should you wish to change this information in the future, please login to LGPass and click Organization - View Organization and then change your data there.

Did Not Receive Credentials Example

Question

I purchased LG Pass and signed the form, but I can't login.

Sorry for the trouble. Please go to: https://www.lgpass.com/app/index.php and select Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used to sign the EULA  to reset your password and login.
