    LG Pass is The Land Geek's propriety automation software system designed to save time, effort, stress with your land business. 
    For LG Pass customer support, The Land Geek only provides support for billing and account status related questions. For all other inquiries related to LG Pass, please direct the customer to contact LG Pass customer support through the LG Pass Support Portal. 

    Product Overview

    Easily generate paperwork for buying, and selling for cash or for terms. 
    Upload county lists and keep a database of all your mailings. 
    Generate offer letters in a matter of minutes and either print on your own or send to a third-party mailing service. 
    Make Due Diligence easy by adding property information to the platform like owner info, property address and legal description, GPS coordinates, property images, copies of prior deeds, etc. 
    Create and manage marketing information that can be easily copy/pasted in any marking platform. 

    Eligibility

    LG Pass is now open to anyone to use. They can purchase LG Pass on the Land Geek Website. Some customers will get LG Pass for free as part of their training course. These include:
    • Flight School students receive LG Pass free for 6 months with their purchase. 
    • Coaching students receive LG Pass free for 12 months with their purchase. 

    Pricing

    LG Pass has two pricing tiers. 
    • LGPass Silver - $99 per month! Includes 5 support calls per month. 
    • LGPass Annual Subscription  - $990/year

    Refunds & Cancellations

    We have a 60 day, no questions asked refund policy. If a customer is unhappy with LG Pass and writes into support@thelandgeek.com within 60 days of purchase, then we will provide them a full refund. 
    Since we provide month-to-month payments, a customer may cancel their account at any time. We will cancel their subscription immediately and request cancellation with the LGPass team.
