With the base package, customers get the following:

- 16 Weeks of Weekly Office Hours Calls hosted by various Land Geek Coaches on Thursday evening at 7pm MST.

- Unlimited virtual bootcamp tickets for 2 years.

VIP Package

With the VIP package, customers everything included in the Base Package, plus they get the following:

1 Free parcel of land
bonus one-on-one coaching call with Tate Litchfield (county research call) with 250 free buyers leads list provided in target county
Access to the mastermind call recordings
Unlimited Voxer support with a Land Geek coach.

County Research Call with Tate

"In order to acquire your VIP mailing list please schedule a call with Tate Litchfield. Please schedule this Zoom call AFTER you have completed Session 1 in the Flight School course with Scott Todd. Use the button below to schedule your Zoom call with Tate. Prior to your call with Tate, you should have an area or two in mind where you want to do this business. Tate is going to ask you WHY you chose these areas, and he will provide you with a list of 250 land owners in that area."

Free Lot

The customer will be prompted to fill out the property intake form as part of their welcome email. Here are the instructions provided in the email.

"In order to start the process, click the button below to fill out the property intake form below. A few days after you fill out the form, you will receive an email from Tate asking you to confirm the deed prior to having it recorded. Once you've done that, we will have the deed recorded via Simplifile, and the original deed will be mailed to you as soon as the deed has been processed with the County. Please note that this process can take a few weeks. You are free to begin marketing the property immediately!"
