Flight School Resources

When a customer purchases Flight School they should automatically get access to the following resources: 

• Mighty Networks Flight School Course

Most people take Flight School as individuals. We do allow exceptions for business partners and spouses. In the event someone is taking Flight School with a business partner or spouse, then we can extend the necessary resources to them. 

Example

In this example, a customer wants to add his spouse to the Flight School systems. We will take the following steps: 

1. Confirm the purchase in SamCart (See Find Order in SamCart under Procedures to Know). 
2. Request the spouse's/business partner's name and email address. 
3. Invite the customer to Mighty Networks (See Invite Customer to Flight School Class under Procedures to Know). 
4. Inform the customer of the changes made. 

Question

My wife and I just purchased the flight school June course after years of debate. We are finely committed to doing something great with our lives for our family. My wife and I would like to have two separate accounts so that we can log on from different areas if I am out of town. My job sometimes takes me out of town and I'd like us both to have access to the course at the same time if necessary. Is that possible?

Procedures to Know

Find Order in SamCart

1. Login to SamCart
2. From the top menu, tap Activity > Customers
3. Search for the customer in the search bar using their email or full name. 
4. Tap on the Customer ID
5. Tap on the first customer order. 
6. Check the Product Name in the order to see if it includes your product.  
   2. If it does, then you've found it!
   3. If it does not, continue searching their orders until you find it. 

Invite Customer to Flight School Class

1. Login to Mighty Networks Land Geek Community. 
2. From the lefthand side menu, tap Groups. 
3. Search for the needed group in the list and tap on it. 
   1. Note: If you need to look up which Flight School class they belong to, you can do so in the Flight School Airtable base. 
4. From the group's lefthand side menu, tap Members. 
5. At the top of the Members page, tap Invite. 
6. Under Let's Invite, enter the email address. 
   1. Make sure under Group Permissions select Invite as Members. 
7. Tap Send.
