Personal Lob API Key use is not available anymore

In 2021, we announced that in order to keep mailing with LGPass, you would need to convert your account to the LGPass Lob Master Account. If you are getting this error message "Personal Lob API Key use is not available anymore" it means you have not converted your account. This change was made to allow us to offer a group discount for mailing and because Lob is putting restrictions on individual accounts. With our group discount, you pay $.69 per letter with no monthly fee to lob, so this is a cost-saving.

The deadline to do this was 6/30/2021, and in order to convert your account you will need to enter a credit card to convert to the new mailing system. In order to proceed, you would need to go to Lob setup - https://www.lgpass.com/app/lob-setup.php and enter your credit card information.

Once the payment method is set up, the mailings will be sent via the LGPass Master Account AND NOT THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.

You will be able to see your mailings and your payment details via the LGPass Dashboard.
