Is there a way to get the text of a deed in Docx?

LGPass allows you to download a deed in Word format. To do this:

  • Go to Mailing Info → Closing.
  • Under Action, select Prepare Deed.
  • Choose whether you want to download the deed as a PDF or DOCX (Word) file.
