How to Switch to Test Mode in LGPass

You can control which environment you send your letters to in LGPass.

In the upper right corner, click your Profile name, then go to Automated Mail Setup. Scroll down to Active API, where you’ll see a dropdown menu that allows you to switch between the Live API Key and the Test API Key. Select the environment you want to use for mailing from this dropdown in LGPass.

Test mailings are perfect for testing changes to your offer letter as the letters are not mailed.
