How do I create a single offer and not mail it.

To create a single offer that you don't want to be mailed - maybe you want it emailed, go to mailing -> Add Mailing. This will allow you to create a single offer.

Then add the seller's information.

On the bottom of the screen is a checkbox that says = "Skip upload to Lob/Dropbox" - Choose that and then hit save. The offer will be created and the PDF will be created and added to the record, then download it if you wish for email.
