# How do I cancel my subscription?

**I want to Cancel my LGPass** We are sorry to see you leave, however if you must, you can cancel by emailing support@thelandgeek.com

**Can I pause?** We don't have the ability to pause a subscription, once your account is disabled for 30-days, our system will automatically delete your information, we do not have the ability to store it beyond 30-days.
