Where can I find the document templates inside of LGPass?

Deeds - we have deeds based on the state you mailed the offer to, in order to view each state, you will need to create a mailing for each state and the move the property from mailing to due diligence to closing, you can then create a deed.

Cash Sale Documents - we have one set of documents for all states, you can see this information by going to Organization -> Upload Cash Sale Template, you will find our template there.

Terms Sale Documents - we have one set of documents for all states, you can see this information by going to Organization -> Upload Term Sale Template, you will find our template there.
