Subscription Card update

Use this guide for requests regarding the cancelation of Geekpay Subcription.

Step by step guide:

1. Log in to https://app.samcart.com/ and go to the “Subscriptions Tab

1. Search for the Merchant’s subscription

1. Click on the “Send Card Update” Button

1. Wait for the confirmation

1. Reply to the Merchant on Helpscout using the “Send Subscription card update” template
