Cancel Subscription Request

Use this guide for requests regarding the cancelation of Geekpay Subcription.

1. Log in to https://app.samcart.com/ and go to the “Subscriptions Tab

1. Search for the Merchant’s subscription

1. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” Button

1. Confirm the cancelation

1. Reply to the Merchant on Helpscout using the “Canel Subscription” template

1. Go to Geekpay admin > Account Settings and ensure that the account is set to “Lender” role and hit “Save Role ” button.
