Unaccepted Invites ( Borrower Invites)
In most cases, when we try to view an account, it is blank while the user expects activities to be visible such as loans and payments, this is usually related to an unaccepted invite.
It’s almost always a borrower who is not connected with the loan. It would usually not be a lender because lenders create loans and automatically have access to a loan


- Go to the list of invites (as an admin, from the main menu)

- See if the invite sent to that email was actually sent.

- If needed, re-send to the person and have them accept it to connect with the loan and view the details.
