From Scott Todd: No - I mentioned in the video "the county and the dip" that we do not use assessed value - we use the pricing matrix that we built in week one to see what the land is selling for, then take 25% of that. We are focused on what the land is selling for today in the marketing place, not some fake number the county claims it's worth when they do their annual "assessment" of the prices.
