Do you subscribe to the idea of putting out ads prior to creating a buyer's list?

Those are called blind ads pretty similar to what I run anyway. Okay. were, I'm not giving a specific property and basically what your question is is I don't own a piece of property, but I'm just looking to build a buyers list in that area. I don't see any problem with doing that, but I wouldn't do that on Facebook. Why? Because Facebook, will just start spamming you and calling you, you know, uh, you know, uh, you know, a criminal or whatever, you know, if I were going to do that, I'm going to do it on, on E, um, on Craigslist because the Craigslist people are more reactive, right? They're not going on their comment under the post, et cetera. It's just a different marketplace. So I run those. Those are called blind ads, but if she's noticed, most of my ads I showed you are blind ads. Okay. Like they're not giving a specific address. Why? Because I'm looking to shake the trees. That's the same thing.
