Deceased Grantor

The correct way to handle this in LGPass is as follows: Under Due Diligence Tab - legal owner would state, John Doe (deceased) and Jane Doe, Husband and Wife Under the Closing Tab - Seller 1 Deed Name - Jane Doe Then you need the Death Certificate showing that John Doe has passed away. > Lesson from Scott - Before recording the deed, make sure that the maritial status shows married and not divorced.
