## Are there areas I should not mail to?

\*\*Park CO\*\* - It's very competitive and the responses rates will be really low. \*\*Colorado City, CO (in Pueblo County) \*\*- This area is an area to avoid, you really can't do anything with the properties. \*\*Churchill County NV\*\* - Lots of Air Force bombing areas \*\*Hudspeth TX\*\* - Be wary of anything under 10 Acres, and be careful of properties with no access. \*\*Box Elder UT \*\*- A lot of the properties were illegally subdivded and are unsellable. \*\*Los Angeles CA\*\* - Hard to get data from the county and hard to get deeds recorded. Yes, there is a lot of land in the county, but working with the county is very difficult.
